1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using autoacre.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

AutoAcre is operated by Ben Bonifant, a sole trader based in the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia. Service operations begin Q1 2027; pre-launch the site is used for information, lead-list signups, the cost calculator, and demo/site-assessment booking.

3. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — and for legitimate enquiry into AutoAcre's services as a prospective customer or partner. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches Australian law or any applicable regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, related systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy, mirror or republish substantial portions of the site's content without written permission.
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or fraudulent material.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, the AutoAcre name and wordmark, photography, the cost calculator design and code, and the underlying structure — is the property of AutoAcre (or its licensors) and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for personal use; any other use requires our prior written permission.

5. The cost calculator

The 8-year cost calculator on this site provides indicative cost estimates only. Inputs and assumptions are documented on the methodology page within the calculator. Actual costs depend on site assessment, equipment configuration, terrain, scope of works, and prevailing pricing — all of which are confirmed in writing before any service engagement. Calculator outputs are not a quote and don't form part of any agreement.

6. Pricing and offers

References to pricing on the site (including the $33,490 reference launch price for the autonomous mowing system, and the $165–$650/month tiered management fee structure) are indicative and intended to give a clear sense of the Buy + Manage offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote following site assessment. Pricing may change; we'll always provide a confirmed price in writing before you commit.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that it's error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from harmful components. We don't warrant that information on the site (including third-party comparisons, blog content, or general technical claims) is suitable for your specific circumstances — those depend on your property and require professional site assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAcre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any direct loss arising from your use of the site is limited to AUD $100. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

The site may include links to third-party websites (such as Google PageSpeed, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or supplier sites) for context or further reading. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
